Carole Ann, the manager, was incredible and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Without her, we might have considered leaving early on. the food was also exceptional, with a top-notch breakfast that added incredible value to our experience. the property itself was beautifully landscaped, and the main house was clean and well-organized. the staff did their best with the resources they had, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. this place felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to return. Cons: Nothing not to like! 😊.

thelab cape town was an amazing experience during our recent weekend in hout bay. the property is beautiful, secure, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. the location is convenient for exploring both hout bay and constantia, and the breakfast was truly amazing. we will definitely book here again in the future.
